Juan Armour-Robinson
I’m Juan Armour-Robinson, a certified leadership and relationship coach, Everything DiSC facilitator, and founder of The Personal Alignment Lab LLC. With over two decades of leadership experience, including 22 years of service in the U.S. Air Force. I’ve helped individuals, teams, and organizations develop the clarity, emotional intelligence, and connection needed to lead powerfully and live purposefully.
My approach is rooted in the belief that true leadership begins with personal alignment. I coach the whole person, guiding clients through professional transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional blocks that keep them from fully showing up in life and leadership.

Why I Do This
I do this work because I’ve lived both sides of being out of balance—the version of success that looks good on paper but feels empty inside, and the powerful shift that happens when you lead from truth, not titles.
After my time in the service, I experienced firsthand how leadership without emotional alignment leads to burnout, strained relationships, and a loss of self. I’ve seen talented professionals struggle silently, unsure how to bridge the gap between who they are and who the world expects them to be.
That’s why I created The Personal Alignment Lab LLC; to offer the kind of coaching I wish I had when I was climbing the ranks and questioning my purpose. This work is personal to me. It’s about helping people reconnect with their inner compass, strengthen how they lead, and heal how they relate—so they can create lives of depth, clarity, and fulfillment both personally and professionally.
